Great Location anf Lovely Small Hotel in Venice
Hotel was well located walking distance from main rail station and on grand canal. Rooms were well presented and very clean. Staff at hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Would certainly reccommend this hotel to others....

excellent staff... nothing too much trouble... great rooms & location
we (two adults & three chidren aged 16, 13 & 10) recently stayed here. The rooms were clean with excellent bathrooms( one room had a bath). Location was terrific - seconds from the grand canal & a thirty minute walk to the square. What really made this hotel stand out...
