Perfect Location, Perfect for a romantic getaway - a real treat.

This is a small, but perfectly located exceptional hotel. We spent the first 4 days of our honeymoon in Venice and read the reviews of previous trip advisors prior to booking it. It was exactly as they had described. Ok. If I was being very picky the only point I...

    If someone else is paying

A lovely hotel if you aren't paying for it. Our room was small and had a weird electrical noise constantly buzzing in the corner. It's location is brilliant and the breakfast is nothing short of amazing... Best we have ever had delivered to your room. Everything fresh....

Fantastic Way to Start Our Honeymoon

This is a fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed in the blue room which is on the second floor overlooking the canal in front of the hotel. Everything about this hotel was great. We arrived by gondola and were greeted by a very friendly front desk attendant. We were...

    Absolutely fabulous!

Stayed in the Doges Room for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Absolutely fabulous experience and impeccable service. The hotel is in a quiet section of Venice which is a plus. I highly recommend ordering a Prosecco to be served on the terrace in late evening for a romantic...

    Beautiful hotel, fine location

This was our first trip to Venice and the archtecture and views (on what were sunny and clear autumn days) lived up to and surpased our expectations. The hotel is well placed, about 100 yards from the Salute water bus stop (the next stop and on the opposite side of...

Nice and cosy but erratic service

Very nice place. Stayed there 3 nights. The location is good but completely dead at night...so it's calm! Nice staff but service is so-so (I've asked for some more soap in the bathroom....I'm still waiting for it) Was in the "sala noire", very nice setting. Be carefull, this hotel as...

    Extremely pleased with this hotel,

This hotel was incredible, from the staff to the breakfast to the location to the room with fresh flowers everyday and free refreshements in the fridge. I thought I hit the jackpot...I can’t wait to go back. I recommend this place to everybody that’s planning a trip to Venice. You’ll...

Hidden gem - small pot of gold away from the crowds in Venice

This hotel is very small and boutique. It is very reserved and quiet and you feel as though you are staying at someone's very classy apartment. The decor is opulent and spectacular. The rooms are sensational, rich colours, velvets, baroque design - pure luxury. If you have never been to...

The only place to stay in Venice, truly 5 star

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in early August 09'. Many hotels claim to be 5 star this one truly is. We have stayed all over the world in some of the best hotels and I will tell you - this hotel is by far the most...

fabulous welcome and stylish oasis in a brilliant location

We loved staying at this beautiful little hotel from the minute we arrived by boat at the private launch. As everyone else has said, the staff are just wonderful, supremely charming and helpful - we asked for a late checkout on our final day and they let us stay in...
