Excellent
The staff at the hotel were extremely kind, friendly & helpful. The room was just perfect. Only thing misisng was my bed turned down with a mint on the pillow.lol I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Hampton Inn in Smyrna is top notch....

"Great room"
The first room that I went into needed some maintenance done to the door it would not latch. Plus it had someones USED soap in the bathroom. I told the front desk and the immediately put me in another room. They were very apologitic and took care of it....

Bad choice
Stayed here one night--was supposed to stay three. Beds were very hard, not your Hampton bed. Sheets and covers were scratchy and made you itch. Door lock piece was about to fall out of door. Very noisy on interstate side. Moved on to Mt Juliet Hampton which is much nicer....

Exactly what I was looking for
I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the Hampton Inn. I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and have been satisfied in the past so I expected the same for Smyrna, TN. I was not disappointed....

Will definitely return
We would go back to this Hampton Inn again. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a problem with guests in the room next to ours being very loud late at night (early morning)and the problem was solved immediately after calling the front desk. Housekeeping staff was the best...
