Our second stay at the Lucerne was as great as the first. Someone on staff called me a few days ahead to confirm the reservation and ask if there was anything they could do for us. The room was ready when we got there, even though it wasn’t quite check-in...

Lucerne is consistently good
I've stayed at the Lucerne at least 10 tuimes over the past 10 years, for both personal and business reasons. They are remarkably consistent. The place is spotless, convenient, and the staff are very helpful. I recommend it to anyone who likes to stay on the upperwest side....
