"somewhat disappointed"
Housekeeping acceptable only. Staff service moderately friendly/ helpful. Room safe mal-functioned, Desk attendants more concerned with questioning booking than helping resolve issues. Lobby employees indifferent. This is a vast departure from visit in 2009, when all was excellent....

could not have asked for better
check-in was smooth and timely. room was spacious and beautiful with a wonderful view. the room was fresh and clean. the staff was courteous and helpful. the hotel was elegant and centrally located......

The perfect wknd
Location was great, service was amazing. Conceirge was super helpful finding us a Italian restaraunt at midnight within walking distance and even made a quick reservation. Top notch....

Fully satisfied
The hotel is lovely and everything was flawless. Upon arrival, to help us celebrate my wife’s birthday, they upgraded our room and gave us drink coupons. The restaurant, Gilt, is pricey but outstanding and well worth it for a special occasion. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay...
