Wrong location!
This hotel was not in Milan! We made the reservation assuming it was in the city but the cab driver took us 40 mins outside of town into an industrial area. What a disaster!...

Bad location
The location is just bad and there is nothing to do in the area of the hotel. I couldn't get my iphone to connect to their free WIFI which shouldn't happen at a business hotel. Next time I will stay in the city center. Everything else was o.k....

Hotel looks new and the shuttle service is frequent enough. THis hotel is not suitable for families. very money minded. the attitude of the staff are not helpful and rough. They do the minimum. The staff in the restaurant are far from polite. You should have mentioned it clearly on...

Room No doors in the wardrobe. When I complained, in reception explained all wardrobe's doors (all rooms) had been taken out to be repaired... My room in 3rd floor quite noisy as a result of vibrations coming from the flat roof, where all ac systems are supposed to be located...

Large, comfortable rooms with modern decor and accommodating staff.
The rooms were large and comfortable with windows that opened. Free parking was available right in front of the hotel (weekend stay). The small bar was closed when we wanted a drink, but the staff immediately opened it. This occurred every time, no matter what time of day. The hotel...

quiet area, lots of car parking places, nice decor, good breakfast the room was a bit too small for us (family of 4). No offer to provide an extra bed (although at checking out I was told it was possible for no extra charge)....
