The desk staff was neither welcoming, nor helpful. They treated questions or requests with near hostility. When we asked about the cost of a taxi to the Malpensa, we were told 70-80 euro. When we said - OK, can you arrange one for us, the clerk did so, but instead...

good location, walking distance from San Siro stadium - about 4 km, but it is faster then with auto because of traffic jams small elevator, in one of our rooms AC doesn't work as it must...

Its price, quiet and silence area, and the helping regarding football matches. The location was way far from the center and the station, and wasn't near to the Football stadium in a walking distance aspect as it was expected....

Not so close to city centre, but perfect if you arrive by car. In the weekend you can find places for parking in Viale Certosa. A bus line for the city centre runs just in front of the hotel. Perfect hotel, wonderful high-quality breakfast buffet. I will come again....

Everything was perfect. I think it's one of the best value for money hotels. We stayed there for 72€/night. Breakfast buffet is complete. Their Internet charges are quite high....

Room was clean, surprisingly quiet although in a very busy street. Distance to the San Siro Stadium must have been miscalculated when 2 km was stated...tram connection on Sunday was erratic....
