Expensive!!!
Quiet a nice hotel although a little old now, they offered us good rates during the Canton Fair then absolutely ripped us off at every opportunity, drinks, food, everything. We had the outside bar-b-que after the show one night, 2 meals, bottle of wine 2 beers, nearly £130!!!...

Impressive indoor scenery, a tad too expensive.
My adult daughter and I stayed here for two nights in late May. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the roomy bathroom was good. Service people were friendly and some speak English. This hotel is huge ahd has the most spectacular indoor...

Decent Rooms, Service Not 5*
Picked this hotel to be near the historical part of town rather than a much newer hotel at GZ East / Tianhe. Rooms have been renovated and were clean and tidy. Reception was helpful. But staff who pass by you along the hallway should at least give a polite hello....

Lovely location
A well managed hotel, but is certainly not a luxury hotel with fancy designs or beautiful furniture. The outside view is quite good no matter it’s river view or city view. I stayed there a few times already, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The rate is considered good...

Spent 12 days there and have no complaints.
We were there a long time and were very happy with our stay. If you are staying there for a while then you are most likely adopting. It is a nice hotel with great pools and exellent customer service. Because the ice is safe, we called housekeeping almost every night....
