We drove 7 hours to a wedding in Fort Smith and extended family stayed in this hotel along with other hotels. Check in that night was too good to be true. Three of us were in and out in under 10-15 minutes. From the staff checking us in to housekeeping...

Nice Staff!
This hotel is beginning to show it's age and could use a little upgrading. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating during our stay which makes up for the age. Breakfast is about the average for a Residence Inn. Overall I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling in the...

Friendly hotel in Fort Smith
Hotel staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to get us a rollaway bed and additional towels. One bedroom suite was very clean. Pricing was great. Breakfast was good....

Big rooms, friendly service--stay here!
My husband, two teens and I stayed here for 3 nights, and loved it. We had a two bedroom suite, enabling the girls to go into their own room, watch TV and carry on away from us. The full kitchen makes eating easy, and the hotel will fill your shopping...

Highly recommend, clean and quiet
I've been to Ft. Smith many times and this is by far the cleanest and quietest place we have stayed. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite and our son stayed with us. You can't go wrong here....

Very pleased
The staff was helpful, the room was clean & it's very convenient to the airport as well as numerous places to eat. Absolutely no problems. Definitely the first place we'll look to when looking for a Fort Smith hotel in that area....
